OPPO Kenya is set to bring the new A93 to the country.
The technology company succeeds the A92 with this latest offering. The A92, which was announced many months ago was also released alongside the cheaper A52 – all part of the A-series line of devices.
The device is equipped with all the features of a modern mid-ranger: you get a quad snapper at the rear in a square-ish camera bump, a big super AMOLED screen, a selfie snapper with two lenses fitted under the display at the left top side, plenty of RAM and much more.
We have come to expect the A series to offer more than its price tag commands, and that is for good reason because the Kenya market attracts notable competition especially for devices costing around KES 30000 (the A93 is expected to cost KES 33K).
The A93 goes above and beyond by bringing an in-display fingerprint scanner when the majority of phones in its caliber have capacity kinds, often built in the power button.
Other features are nice to have too, including the more than capable MTK Helio P95 chipset (there aren’t many phones with the silicon selling locally).
The device will go on sale from October 26, with a one-week pre-order period.
