Privacy-focussed messaging platform Telegram is working to have you dig into your pockets with a new Premium app.
Telegram already has monetizable features aimed at huge group channels but the company is now working on a premium app.
There are new premium stickers, emojis and reactions that are subscription-based. And yes, users on the free version can’t access or view these premium-only stickers and reactions.
To use them, you have to sign up for Premium features. You’ll get prompts to “Unlock Additional Reactions” or “Unlock Premium Stickers“
It is still unknown when this version is ever going to go live or what features and price it will cost.
