Airtel Kenya has launched a new interactive customer care hub at Sarit Centre in Nairobi. The hub offers a hands-on look at the future of digital connectivity, combining cutting-edge technology, immersive 5G demonstrations, and personalized customer service all under one roof.
The new hub is part of Airtel Kenya’s ongoing plan to modernize its retail network across the country.
Designed as a space for discovery and engagement, it allows customers to explore the practical benefits of Airtel’s expanding range of digital solutions and enterprise services.
At the Sarit Centre hub, visitors can experience the network’s 5G speeds, 4K video streaming, and low-latency gaming in a dedicated demonstration zone.
The store also showcases Airtel’s enterprise offerings, including Network as a Service, Airtel Money bulk disbursement, and other value-added digital tools.
Airtel has already refurbished key outlets in Nairobi and Mombasa, giving them a modern look and an interactive design. “Our customers are at the center of everything we do,” said Airtel Kenya Managing Director Ashish Malhotra during the official opening at Sarit Centre.
Beyond the aesthetics, Airtel Kenya is also prioritizing customer engagement and staff expertise. The company continues to upskill its frontline teams to provide knowledgeable, personalized assistance to visitors, ensuring that every interaction delivers real value.
The launch coincided with Customer Service Week 2025, which is being celebrated under the theme “Mission Possible.” According to Airtel Kenya, the revamped stores mark a shift in how the company connects with its customers.
The telco aims to move beyond traditional retail by creating destinations where customers can explore how technology can impact their lives and businesses. The Sarit Centre experience hub also serves as a model for the next generation of telco retail spaces across Kenya.
