The event, graced by Information Minister Samuel Poghisio was an opening of a revamped Relationship Centre for yuMobile customers. This happened on Tuesday evening at Essar House, Westlands.
A first at yumobile, the centres will be rolled out countrywide and they will provide services such as yuMobile data settings, postpaid activation, bill payments, selling of prepaid lines, airtime, modems and handset sales. The centre will be open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on week days and on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. Customers will access services from the centre such as a booth where they can make free calls; free phone charging and also free downloads at the data experience corner.
While touring the centre, the Minister registered for yuMobile’s mobile money transfer – yuCash and donated towards the Kenya Red Cross Sinai Fire tragedy support efforts via yuCash Paybill number 200140.
I missed out on this event. I like the video coverage that you took – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhfXqpew_OQ
