Nokia recently mentioned of better than expected fourth quarter results by Stephen Elop, mentioning that Q4 sales exceeded expectations and “delivered underlying profitability” (whatever that means). Elop went further on to mention that Nokia had done a total of 14 million Asha and Lumia phones. The Lumias etched a 4.4 million out of that figure. Well this has resulted in Nokia shares going up and all of a sudden everything is looking good.
Well, not just yet. On January 24th is when Nokia is going to announce Fourth Quarter 2012 annual results, at 1 pm Finnish time (CET+1). This will be broadcast on a conference call webcast as usual and the reports table to be available afterwards here. Then is when we can get the true impact of 2012, Asha and Windows on Nokia.
