Nokia’s Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 devices are now available at Kenya’s mobile network provider Safaricom. The devices will be available at Kshs 54,999 and Kshs 44,999 respectively. They will then be bundled with a 1.5GB data bundle and Ksh 500 airtime. Nokia Lumia 920 is Nokia’s current flagship device that runs Microsoft’s Windows 8. Lumia 820 is a lower priced and spec-ed device but with a different angle to it, you can add external memory via microSD unlike the Lumia 920 which has a 32GB non-expandable memory. Lumia 920 also has a removable shell cover unlike the Lumia 920 which is a unibody poly-carbonate device. Both devices were released late last year and are expected to propel Nokia to a rise in smartphone sales.
