If we are to do some speculation, Samsung will announce the next Galaxy device on the 14th of March. That will be two weeks after Mobile World Congress happening in Barcelona, Spain in a few days. Just like last year and the year before, Samsung doesn’t announce its flagship device of the year at the Barcelona event, they call out journalists and bloggers at a special event, Samsung Unpacked for the unveil.
Now following this trend, it wouldn’t be absurd to go with what mobile industry insider Eldar Mutarzin that 14th March is the big day. He also added the venue as a rejoinder to the cunning way he revealed the details. Samsung Galaxy S IV specs have been leaked severally such that we are almost sure what comes packed in.
It could either come packed with the Exynos 5510 Octa (8-core) or the Exynos 5540 Quad core Cortex A15 processor and 2GB RAM. Other features could be a 13MP rear camera which will do 1080p full HD videos @30fps, a 2MP front camera with 720p HD capabilites, the screen will be a 5 incher SuperAMOLED Full HD 1920 x 1080p and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
