Samsung’s Galaxy S 4 Active is finally out, and it looks good. Beyond having the water-proof and dustproof capabilities, it also has a better design than the flagship device, the Galaxy S 4. And the specs inside are almost the same. I say almost because I just discovered that it has an LCD screen as opposed to the Super AMOLED display on the Galaxy S 4.
