In a market like India where there is a huge population to support a business case, things like local language support, even on several languages make sense. That’s the situation in India, Samsung is moving to make available a software update in India that will enable Indians choose from between 9 local languages on Samsung devices.
The said devices are Galaxy S 4, Galaxy Grand, Galaxy Tab 3 and Galaxy Star. This is to be made available from today for the first three devices while the Galaxy Star will get it later in the month.
This is according to Sammobile who say the rreason for the four devices is that they are the best sellers in the country. Samsung will also include several of apps from the Samsung App store like ChatON, Facebook, Gmail and Newshunt available in the nine languages. Other apps will soon be supported.
