What if the system that is used to bill you everytime you park your vehicle somewhere in the CBD or elsewhere in the city fails? The following (see image below) happens: a Ksh 17 million bill! Surely how does one park his car from 1970 only to go pick it up a few hours ago? Even Batman doesn’t do that does he?
