While we still don’t know if the LG V510 is an 8 inch or a 10 inch Nexus tablet, there’s another device from the same company that we should be worried about: the LG D830.
The LG D830 appeared in user agent profiles obtained by the folks over at Phandroid and it appears to have LTE radios in addition to packing a full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display. That means it can only be a phone. As far as recent Lg devices go, D8xx is what LG has reserved for its very finest with the flagship LG G2 bearing the D8802 model number while the Android reference device, Nexus 5, has the D820/821 model number. LG’s first curved smartphone, the G Flex, is the other smartphone with a Dxxx (D950, 955, 958, 959) model number. Therefore, the D830 could possibly be some high end LG device being tested before an official announcement sometime in Q1 2014 or even sooner. Maybe it is just a prototype. We can never know surely. Of course it is not the Nexus 6. It’s way too early for that.
