It has been 4 months now since Samsung debuted the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016 edition). Unlike last year’s Galaxy Tab A, this year’s model lacked one key feature: a stylus. The S Pen, as Samsung calls its stylus, was there on the Galaxy Tab A when we reviewed it last year.
Apparently, Samsung still had plans in place to bring the S Pen to its budget tablet. New images leaked online show an unreleased Galaxy Tab A 10.1 complete with the S Pen. According to Sammobile, other than the addition of the S Pen, the tablet’s other specification remain unchanged.
The included S Pen supports all the new features brought to Samsung’s stylus since the debut of the Galaxy Note 7.
Samsung is expected to debut a new high-end tablet, the Galaxy Tab S3, later today at its Unpacked event at IFA 2016.
