OPPO A96 Now Available in Kenya

OPPO is planning to increase the range of devices it has in the Kenyan market. It already offers the best smartphones in terms of value in the country.

The company has added the OPPO A96 to its midrange A lineup.

OPPO A96 is 4G powered as it runs on a Snapdragon 680 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM(5GB extendable RAM) and 256GB of onboard storage.

You are getting 6.95″ AMOLED screen with 90Hz refresh rate with a resolution of 1080 by 2412 pixels(1080p).

OPPO A96 ships with a 5000mAh battery and support 33W fast SuperVOOC fast wired charging. The phone also supports Optimized Night Charging which allows the phone’s AI to learn your sleep patterns and schedule a segmented battery charging plan during the nighttime.

OPPO A96 runs on Android 12 and ColorOS 11.1.

ColorOS 11.1 comes with features like Flexdrop and All Scenarios SOS to protect your privacy and security.

Other features include Hyper Boost, Game Space, Game Assistant and Bullet Notifications for an immersive and interruption-free gaming experience.

The screen features a punch-hole cutout to house the 16MP selfie camera.

The back design looks similar to the Reno 7 but with a dual setup that includes a 50MP main and 2MP depth sensor.

OPPO says the Glow design allows the phone to be scratch and fingerprint resistant.

OPPO A96 comes in two shades of Starry Black and Sunset Blue.
