BBK Electronics makes arguably the best Android flagships in the world and now they’re upping that by adding 6000mAh batteries to their smartphones.
The tech company will incorporate 6000mAh batteries into the upcoming flagships from Vivo, OPPO, Realme and OnePlus. Their existing flagships already have the largest batteries – from the OPPO Find X7 series, the Vivo X100 series, the Realme GT5 series, and the OnePlus 12. The X7 has the smallest at 5000mAh while the OnePlus 12 and GT5 have 5400mAh batteries and the X100 has a 5500mAh battery.

This means that the upcoming OPPO Find X8 series, Realme GT6 series, OnePlus 13, and Vivo X200 series will have 6000mAh batteries. All these phones support ultra-fast wired and wireless charging going up to 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
But the real reason BBK is increasing the capacities of their upcoming flagships is because they’ll be running the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset and it is expected that this processor with CPU performance cores that can reach 4.2 GHz will need a lot of power from the battery.
Qualcomm is slated to launch its new processor after October 1st. Xiaomi 15 will be the first flagship to have the processor powering it. OnePlus and OPPO will launch their 13 and X8 series subsequently later that month.
One major concern is how heavy the phones will be but BBK’s brands make slim and light phones as seen with the Vivo V30 we just reviewed which has a slim profile and a 5000mAh battery as well.
