ROG Flow Z13

At CES 2025, ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) set the stage ablaze with the launch of its ROG Flow Z13 gaming tablet.

Combining the raw power of next-generation hardware with the compact design of a 13-inch tablet, the ROG Flow Z13 is a revolutionary leap for gamers and tech enthusiasts alike.

Packed with a chiplet-based AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor, RDNA 3.5 graphics, and a unified quad-channel memory architecture, this device effortlessly merges gaming and productivity in a sleek, ultra-portable form factor.

At the core of the Flow Z13 lies the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 chip, boasting 16 Zen 5 CPU cores and RDNA 3.5 GPU cores for unmatched processing power and energy efficiency. This revolutionary processor delivers gaming-grade graphics performance at reduced power consumption, making it perfect for gamers on the go.

With up to 50 TOPS of AI processing power, the Flow Z13 doubles as a workstation for advanced AI applications, even running 70B-parameter large language models locally. Unified quad-channel memory architecture allows up to 128GB of LPDDR5X RAM, dynamically allocated as needed, to ensure low latency and high performance for both VRAM-heavy games and multitasking workflows.

Revolutionary Cooling

The Flow Z13’s revamped cooling system takes efficiency to a new level. A stainless steel and copper vapor chamber with 54% more coverage ensures better heat dissipation, while dual 2nd Gen Arc Flow Fans push air through ultra-thin heat sink fins for optimal thermal performance.

As a tablet, the Flow Z13 stands upright, offering natural cooling advantages compared to traditional laptops. Additionally, redesigned airflow channels direct a small amount of cooling air behind the touchscreen, ensuring comfortable temperatures even during long gaming sessions.

ROG Nebula Display

The Flow Z13’s 13-inch ROG Nebula Display provides jaw-dropping visuals with a 2.5K resolution, a 180Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits peak brightness. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 ensures durability, while 100% DCI-P3 color accuracy and a 16:10 aspect ratio make the screen perfect for immersive gaming and creative workflows.

Despite its compact size, the Flow Z13 doesn’t compromise on connectivity. Equipped with dual USB-C ports with USB4 support, a dedicated HDMI 2.1 port, a USB Type-A port, a microSD card reader, and an audio combo jack, this device lets gamers leave their dongles behind.

Enhanced features like a larger 70Wh battery, a more spacious touchpad, and a Command Center button make the ROG Flow Z13 as user-friendly as it is powerful.

From the seamless integration of AI to its ultra-efficient cooling and design innovations, the Flow Z13 sets a new standard for gaming tablets.
