Nokia’s latest devices now have India as the place they’ve set their eyes for first availability. Them being mid and low end Windows Phone 8 devices for Lumia 720 and Lumia 520 respectively. Today, March 20th on a different time zone, Lumia 720 and Lumia 520 got launched in India, although with a delayed market availability. See here Lumia 520 and Lumia 720 full specifications. WPXBox says the Lumia 520 is expected early April in the shops while the Lumia 720 by mid April.
India is a good market for mid range smartphones and has recently seen Samsung unveil their Dual-SIM Galaxy Grand there. I expect that we will be seeing these two devices launch in East Africa quite soon as the Lumia 520 is one device that is for this market and Lumia 720 good for those wishing to get something better than the Lumia 620 but still feel the Lumia 820 is on the upper shelf. Pricing for the two devices were not mentioned at the source blog.
