Sammobile, a quite reliable source of info in matters Samsung, published a list of what they call reliable exclusive info on who gets what version of the Galaxy Note III. Remember the same happened to Samsung Galaxy S 4, where where were countries that got the Exynos Octa-Core version and others got the Snapdragon Quad-Core version.
Well the list has three versions of the Galaxy Note III with countries getting each. These are:
- SM -N900 Galaxy Note III 3G running Exynos 5420 Octa-Core running ARM GPU, Mali T628 MP6, 3GB LPDDR3 RAM
- SM-N9005 Galaxy Note III LTE running Adreno 330 GPU, 3GB LPDDR3 RAM
- SM 9002 Galaxy Note III Duos with the Exynos 5420 Octa-Core, ARM GPU, Mali T628 and 3GB LPDDR3 RAM
Kenya will be getting the Exynos 5 Octa, just like last time since there is no network support for LTE devices and getting the Snapdragon 800 LTE device would be un-utilised potential. China loves Dual-SIM and will be getting the the Exynos 5 Octa with Dual-SIM.
The US and much of Europe will be getting the Snapdragon 800 LTE version as usual while many countries like South Africa will be getting both versions.
You can see what your country is getting in the source link below.
