After you are done with the holidays and are ready to resume work on the week starting 6th January 2014, if you are a lover of devices or are looking for a super cool possible hybrid tablet then Asus is the one company to look at since they’ll be announcing an unknown device that is thought to be a hybrid tablet in its Transformer line of devices thanks to this teaser that has just been uploaded in its YouTube channel.

Asus has a particularly good year in the tablet market thanks to its role as the maker of the Nexus 7 2013 edition which has sold really well. However it did not capitalize a lot on the popularity of its Transformer tablets that rocked in 2012 with the TF701T being the darling of this year. Neither did the company’s efforts in the smartphone category pay off really well. In fact it is in 2013 that rumours of its merger with Acer came out and there was no denial from either side about such plans being in motion. Whatever the case, we hope whatever Asus is teasing will be a killer device and probably they’ll also make the next generation Google Nexus 10 tablet as has been rumoured for sometime now since they are in the running to land the Nexus 7 2014 edition contract too. Oh and that rumoured Padfone X better be up there with the best.
