BBM has been on Android since 2013 and with the world quickly shifting focus to wearables, Blackberry doesn’t want one of the pieces of software it is well known for being left behind. Blackberry Messenger will be available on Google’s Android Wear platform soon.

BBM users will be able to dictate messages (using your voice and Google Now), send pre-defined messages, accept contact requests as well as receive any incoming messages, all from their wrists.

Blackberry doesn’t give specific timelines on the availability rather than the plain “soon”.
