OPPO has several smartphones of different price points and their A series is targeted at the youth. They have a new phone for the Kenyan market and it combines a lot of great features for the price.
The company is announcing that they will soon launch their latest smartphone in the A series line, the A9 2020. According to the company, this will combine a beautiful design with great photography and a long lasting battery.
The OPPO A9 2020 will feature a quad camera array at the back which will feature a 48MP main camera, an 8MP camera and two 2MP cameras. That is a lot of cameras and it follows the trend we have seen in the industry. The selfie camera is a single 16MP unit.
The main cameras will support what OPPO calls Ultra Night Mode 2.0 for better photos taken in low light and Ultra Wide photography thanks to the wide angle camera.
The other huge selling point is the huge battery. The OPPO A9 2020 will feature a huge 5000mAh battery which is way more than the 4000mAh battery that we are starting to get used to in smartphones. This means that this phone will have great battery life and that is a huge selling point.
The A9 2020 will also have stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. This is a feature you see on flagship smartphones and it makes watching content on your phone so much better.
Other features include the Snapdragon 665, 4GB or 8GB of RAM and a generous 128GB of internal storage. The display is a 1600 x 720 pixel display with a notch at the top.
