vivo recently ventured into the Kenyan market with their Y series and V series of smartphones. The Chinese smartphone maker is one of the top device manufacturers in the world and likes to experiment on new and daring features. We’ve played around with the vivo Y19 and the vivo V17 Pro and now they’re planning to launch the vivo V19 next month.
The vivo V19 will come in two colours – White and Blue gradient finishes. The back will sport an L-shaped quad-camera setup that will feature a 48MP main camera. The other three cameras are speculated to be a 13MP ultra-wide lens, an 8MP telephoto and a 5MP depth sensor.
According to the teasers posted on vivo’s official social media pages suggest that the vivo V19 will be a perfect companion for late-night or evening outings thanks to the low light photography features such as the Super Night Selfie mode.

For selfies, you get a 32MP front-facing punch-hole camera. The punch hole lies in the top right of the display. The phone also features an in-display fingerprint sensor plus a Type-C USB charging porta and a headphone jack.
The vivo V19 is also set to have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage plus support for external storage via a microSD card. The phone is speculated to run on Snapdragon 710 chip coupled with an Adreno 616 GPU. Powering the phone will be a 4500mAh battery with support for Dual Engine fast charging thanks to the 18W power brick.
