MultiChoice Sets Up Another Kenya Branch At Rongai

Multichoice Kenya opens Ongata Rongai branch, its 10th branch in the country. The branch located in Rongai will serve customers in Rongai town and adjacent areas of Nkoroi, Matasia, Kware and Kandisi offering DStv and GOtv customers sales and after-sales support

Multichoice Kenya unveiled a new branch located in Ongata Rongai.

The Rongai branch will serve both DStv and GOtv customers and is located on the First Floor of Rongai Business Centre along Magadi road.

The opening of the branch is a strategic move to ensure customers can easily access service points across the county.


Customer can access sales and after sales support services such as decoder diagnostics, software upgrades, repair or replacement of faulty decoders, consumer education (self-help service techniques), installation services, subscription payment, purchase of accessories among others.

The branch with be an addition to the existing MultiChoice Kenya branches at T-Mall, Junction Mall, Greenspan and Sarit Centre located in Nairobi. Other branches are in Mombasa, Nyeri, Kisumu, Eldoret and Nakuru. 

The MultiChoice Rongai branch will be open daily from 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, 9 am to 6 pm on weekends and 9 am to 5 pm on public holidays.


The opening of this Rongai branch will greatly the residents of Rongai and adjacent areas of Nkoroi, Matasia, Kware, and Kandisi as the residents will no longer need to travel long distances to access after-sale support. This branch will also make a significant contribution by increasing the number of businesses in this area by offering opportunities to direct sales agents, installers, and electronic service partners who will indirectly support the operations of this branch.
