This year’s UEFA Champions League (UCL) final is being staged at Puskas Stadium in the Hungarian capital, Budapest. The venue is a 67,215-seater named in honor of the footballer, Ferenc Puskás.
The showpiece in Budapest will feature newly crowned English Premier League (EPL) champions Arsenal as they take on French Ligue 1 perennial winners Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) FC.
As Arsenal go after what could be their first UCL trophy, the match against the defending champions will have 43 cameras. This is about twice the number of cameras usually deployed in high-level football matches.
The camera setup includes a helicopter and two drones for aerial footage. There are also 8 specialized slow-motion cameras, 3 high-speed cameras, 2 jib hot heads, and 2 pole cameras that will be utilized.
UEFA has appointed RTL Hungary as the host broadcaster. The Hungarian media house has contracted One Broadcast as its technical supplier in collaboration with Mediapro.

The 2026 UCL Final will be natively produced in 1080p50-HDR using the HLG color space. Broadcasters will have access to 1080p50-HDR and 1080p50-SDR feeds, both featuring Dolby Surround Sound and Dolby Atmos Immersive audio.
All vision control and color matching will be managed natively in HDR, with the SDR feed generated via NBCU LUT color mapping.
Across the world, football fans will be able to watch the game live through satellite, streaming services, or IPTV. Legal access is largely via subscription packages available in your region. UCL kickoff is 1700 GMT (1900 EAT).
