Huawei is starting the year by launching three new gadgets for the Kenyan market in the first quarter of the year.
Among the lined up products include Huawei nova 9, Huawei GT3 smartwatch and Huawei Matepad T series Kids edition.
Huawei Nova 9
Huawei Nova 9 brings with it what the company calls “Ultra Vision AI Quad Camera system” that consists of a 50 MP Ultra vision main camera, an 8MP Ultra-Wide angle camera, a 4cm macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. Huawei says that the 50MP main camera can produce better low-light pictures.
The 32MP front camera allows 4K selfie video.
Other features include a 6.57″ OLED 120Hz display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 chipset, EMUI 12(No Google Play Services), optical in-display fingerprint reader, 4300mAh battery and 66W fast charging.
Huawei Watch GT3
Huawei GT3 comes with new HUAWEI TruSeen TM 5.0+ and other advanced technologies to provide more comprehensive health monitoring features, but it also introduces an intelligent dynamic adjustment plan and 100+ workout modes, including 18 professional workout modes.
Huawei Matepad T Series Kids Version
Huawei says that the tablet has been designed with children’s safety in mind. The tablet features Kids Corner, a safe virtual playground for children.

Last but not least we will also be introducing a smartphone in the nova series a midrange device that not only shares many cutting edge innovations but also comes with attractive designs and colourways that set it apart from other smartphones,” said Jim Zhijue, Huawei Mobile Kenya Country Head.
