vivo has updated its midrange V-series lineup in the country with the launch of the Vivo V25 series. Vivo V25 succeeds the Vivo V23 from early this year.
It comes with a colour-changing back and camera upgrades alongside the new design. vivo V25 comes in Aquamarine Blue, Sunrise Gold and Diamond Black.
When put under sunlight or UV light, the hues darken for the Blue version and it looks beautiful.
We have a camera module hosting the three cameras including the 64MP main camera with OIS accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro sensor.
For selfies, a 50MP front-facing camera sits at the U-shaped notch atop the screen.
The front has a 6.44″ AMOLED screen sporting a 90Hz refresh rate. It’s bright enough at 1300 nits and also supports HDR10+.
There’s face unlock and an under-display fingerprint for biometrics.
Vivo V25 ships with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G processor coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. You can also expand it virtually up to 8GB.
It comes running on FunTouchOS 12 and Android 12.
For gamers, Vivo V25 has Game Boost mode automatically manages CPU/GPU, RAM, and network performance while also optimizing the touch response.
For optics, Vivo V25 has four cameras as mentioned earlier with various modes to play around with such as log Movie with premade templates, Dual View mode, Double Exposure, Pro Mode, High Resolution and more.
Vlog Movie feature has vlog templates with themes such as Night, Outing, food, child, city, travel and more to create short videos fit for social media sharing on TikTok or Instagram Stories or Reels.
