Mobile photography and videography buffs will be happy that TECNO is slated to bring the camera-centric Camon 20 lineup next month.

The Camon lineup which sits in the midrange market is getting a new version sometime next month and leaks point to a new design with a unique camera design at the back.
TECNO will be bringing the Camon 20 series in three versions which include the regular Camon 20, the Camon 20 Premier and Camon 20 Pro. The trio succeed the Camon 19 series from last year.
We only know a few details about the Camon 20 Premier 5G.
The phone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimnebnisty 1200 chipset paired with Mali G77 MC9 GPU and pack 16GB of RAM(8GB onboard and 8GB virtual). Storage options start from 256GB.
The main cameras will include a 108MP primary lens with OIS and video recording capped at 4K. We also have a 13Mp ultrawide and a macro lens.
The design of the camera island is more interesting as seen below.
The Camon 20 Premier 5G will have a 1080p AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate.
We also get an in-display fingerprint reader and dual stereo speakers.
TECNO has removed the headphone jack and the slot for expandable storage as well.
Colour options for the Premier will be Pink and Black.
It is speculated that the phone will go for around 40,000 Ksh but we’ll have to wait for the official launch.
