Tecno Spark 30 pro

Tecno Spark 30 Pro was announced on September 23, 2024. The expected release date is set for October 2024, which suggests that consumers can look forward to experiencing its advanced features.

Network Technology

Tecno Spark 30 Pro supports GSM, HSPA, and LTE network technologies, offering versatile connectivity options. It operates on 2G bands GSM 850, 900, 1800, and 1900 for both SIM 1 and SIM 2. For 3G, it utilizes HSDPA bands 900 and 2100, while for 4G, it connects to LTE networks. The device is capable of high-speed data transmission through HSPA and LTE, ensuring a smooth browsing and streaming experience.

Body Design

The device has dimensions of 166.6 x 77 x 7.4 mm (6.56 x 3.03 x 0.29 inches), giving it a sleek and slim profile. Although the weight is unspecified, it supports dual Nano-SIM cards with dual standby functionality. Additionally, the device features an IP64 rating, making it resistant to dust and splashes of water.

Display

Tecno Spark 30 Pro comes with a resolution of 1080 x 2436 pixels results in a pixel density of around 393 ppi. The screen offers a generous viewing area with a size of 6.78 inches. Additionally, the display features an AMOLED panel that supports 1 billion colors and a refresh rate of 120Hz, delivering a vibrant and smooth visual experience.

Platform

The device runs on Android 14 with a custom interface called HIOS 14, offering a modern user experience with enhanced features. At its core, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 chipset, which is built on a 6 nm process technology. The CPU consists of an octa-core configuration, featuring two high-performance Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and six energy-efficient Cortex-A55 cores running at 2.0 GHz. Additionally, Tecno spark 30 Pro is equipped with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, which provides capable graphics performance.

Tecno Spark 30 pro offers an expandable storage with a microSDXC card slot, allowing users to easily increase their storage capacity for photos, videos, and apps. It comes with two internal storage options: 128GB with 8GB of RAM and 256GB with 8GB of RAM. These features provide ample space for apps, games, and media.

Main Camera

Tecno Spark 30 Pro is equipped with a single 108 MP wide camera with an aperture of f/1.9. This large sensor size (1/1.52″) allows for impressive detail capture. The main camera features Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF), which ensures quick and accurate focusing. Additionally, it features a Quad-LED flash for improved illumination in low-light situations and HDR capabilities that enhance the dynamic range of photos. For video recording, the main camera supports resolutions of 1440p at 30fps and 1080p at 30fps, allowing users to capture high-quality video content.

Selfie camera

On the front, Tecno Spark 30 pro has a single 13 MP wide selfie camera. It features a Dual-LED dual-tone flash, which helps to illuminate selfies in low-light conditions. The front camera can record video at 1080p at 30fps, providing high-quality video for social media sharing or video chats.

Connectivity features

The device supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, enabling fast wireless connectivity across various frequencies with dual-band capabilities. It is equipped with Bluetooth 5.3, which offers improved data transfer speeds, greater range, and enhanced power efficiency. This version also supports A2DP for high-quality audio streaming. Additionally, it has NFC (Near Field Communication) capabilities, allowing for quick and easy transactions, data sharing, and pairing with other NFC-enabled devices. It also features an infrared port, which enables the device to function as a remote control.

Tecno spark 30 pro is powered by a robust 5000 mAh non-removable battery, ensuring long-lasting performance. It supports 33W wired charging, allowing users to quickly recharge the battery and minimize downtime. It also includes an under-display optical fingerprint sensor as well as accelerometer and gyroscope for motion detection.

The smartphone is available in several attractive color options, including Obsidian Edge, Arctic Glow, Magic Skin 3.0, and the special Optimus Prime Edition.
