Safaricom has once again raised the bar for customer engagement, launching a thrilling 90-day gaming challenge “Wai Ndai” that promises entertainment, competition, and extraordinary rewards. The initiative, launched on 18th November 2024, blends technology and gaming to captivate Kenya’s vibrant youth and gaming enthusiasts.
The ‘Wai Ndai’ Challenge, running from 16th November 2024 to 15th February 2025, offers participants the chance to showcase their gaming skills and win fabulous prizes. With daily cash vouchers totaling KES 500,000 and three Suzuki Alto cars as grand prizes, the campaign positions Safaricom as a leader in innovative customer outreach.
Participants can dive into simple but engaging puzzle, arcade, and action games. The entry fee is a pocket-friendly KES 10 per day, ensuring inclusivity for a broad audience. Points are awarded based on gameplay performance, with participants tracking their progress on a public leaderboard. The top three players each day win cash prizes of KES 3,000, KES 2,000, and KES 1,000 respectively, while the monthly top scorer takes home a brand-new Suzuki Alto.

Safaricom launched the challenge during the Safaricom Hook Circle Praktiklz bootcamp in Nakuru.
