Apple is a leading brand in the electronics industry and their products are bought in their droves all over the world. But somehow they have not implemented some rather basic things like having basic social media accounts. This however is changing.
Apple launched their new Twitter account @AppleSupport which as you guessed it is all about delivering support services to their customers. It was not a new account per se since it was reserved earlier in 2015. but That intent is described in their bio:
We’re here to provide tips, tricks and helpful information when you need it most, and if you have a question, well-we’re here to help with that too.
The first tweet was tweeted exactly at 4pm announcing the new account and the subsequent 3 tweets are what they described in the bio: Showing favourite tips and tricks. Their maiden tip was how to use the native Notes app that comes in iOS where in picture form shows you a “hidden trick” which is turning lists into checklists.
