Vivo V25 5G 6.44 inch AMOLED screen with 1300 nits brightness

UPDATE: Vivo has launched the V27 series globally.

Vivo is preparing to bring the V27 series to the Kenyan market to succeed the Vivo V25 from last year. The midrange series is going to have upgrades to the cameras and hardware including a curved display and SONY camera sensors.

Vivo is bringing both the V27 and V27e late this month or early next month. The V27 will have a 6.78″ AMOLED screen while the V27e will have a 6.62″ AMOLED screen. Both screens will support HDR10+ and 120Hz refresh rate.

Powering the phones will be Dimensity 7200 5G for the V27 and Helio G99 for the V27e paired with 8/12GB RAM and UFS 3.1 storage options starting at 128GB and 256GB.

The two will ship with Android 13 straight out of the box.

For optics, the V27 will have a 64MP main accompanied by a 2MP macro and 8MP ultrawide while the V27e will have a 50MP main plus a 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor.

The V27 will have a 50MP main camera while the V27e will have a 32MP selfie camera.

The pair will have 4600mAh battery and support for 66W wired charging.

Colour options will range from Black, Mint and Gold for the Vivo V27 while the V27e will be in Black, Green and Purple.
