Do you have an Infinix phone – new or old? Then, this is an exciting week for you as their customer.

The company has launched incredible devices this year, from its flagship Zero 30 series to the affordable Smart 7 Plus.

Even if you have an older Infinix smartphone, there’s a way not only to increase its performance but also revamp it and make it look just as new.

Infinix is running its customer service week starting today in partnership with Carlcare so that Infinix customers can enjoy free and discounted services at Carlcare centres across the country in select towns.

This partnership means you can visit any Carlcare centre near you and get the following services:

  • Free software upgrade – This means you get updated to the latest monthly security patches and Android OS upgrade for the phones that are eligible.
  • 10% discount on repairs – If you’ve wanted to have that charging port, camera lens, or shattered screen repaired but for cheap, then this is the week to do that.
  • Free phone cleaning
  • Trade-in service – You can now trade in your old Infinix smartphone for a newer model and you can choose some of the best devices here.

Infinix and Carlcare are running this program from 2nd October until 6th October. Hours may vary but most of them are available from 9am to 5:30pm.
