Infinix recently launched the Hot 60i, but it already has something even more impressive up its sleeve. Name? The Hot 60 Pro+.
At 5.95mm, the Hot 60 Pro+ is one of the thinnest phones ever made, and like its forerunner, it houses a 5,160mAh battery. To understand how unusual this is, consider that Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge measures 5.8mm but only manages a 3,900mAh battery. Infinix somehow found room for 32% more battery in nearly the same space.
The front features a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, wrapped in 3D curved glass protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. Despite the large screen and huge battery, the entire device weighs just 155 grams.
A MediaTek Helio G200 chipset handles daily tasks with 8GB of RAM and storage options up to 256GB. Infinix also crammed an 11-layer thermal design into this thin body, including a 0.3mm vapor chamber that cuts processor temperatures by up to 5°C.

Its main camera uses a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor, typically found in much more expensive phones. This sensor is known for solid performance in low light, which shows that Infinix isn’t cutting corners on photo quality.
The new “One Tap AI” interface promises smart features like object removal from photos and on-screen content recognition. A 13-megapixel front camera handles selfies, while an in-display fingerprint scanner provides biometric security.
Infinix claims that the 5,160mAh battery will maintain performance for up to five years of daily use. And when you need to plug in, the 45W fast charging means you won’t be waiting around power outlets all day.
The Hot 60 Pro+ comes in several colors, including Coral Tides, Misty Violet, Cyber Green, and Sonic Yellow, plus conservative Titanium Silver and Sleek Black options. It runs XOS 15.1.1 based on Android 15 with Infinix’s full AI suite.

Most ultra-thin phones force you to choose between style and substance. Weak batteries, overheating issues, or compromised performance are common trade-offs. The Hot 60 Pro+ suggests these compromises might not be necessary anymore.
Expected to launch in Kenya by the end of July, the Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ might just transform how people view slim smartphones – and for the better.
