A video posted on the YouTube channel of Samsung Indonesia went viral after a Galaxy S6 Edge+ was shown being rained on. The internet quickly decided that this was a pointer to a new feature of the upcoming Galaxy S7 which the video meant to tease using the tag #TheNextGalaxy.
A Twitter account belonging to the mobile division of Samsung took the whole conversation to another level with a clever tweet and an attached short (18-second) video. The clip shows a young woman losing control of their smartphone and dropping it in a nearby pool of water before retrieving it and going on her way.

The Galaxy S7 will be unveiled next week on 21st February at a Samsung Unpacked event in Barcelona, Spain.
Samsung is currently running a “Seven Days of Unboxing” online campaign ahead of the launch to drum up excitement around its upcoming new phone. That campaign has so far seen a kid named Tyson unbox the device then draw what he saw [video] and, surprise, a llama unwrap the device in another bizarre video.
There have been frequent leaks on the Galaxy S7 so far and we have a good grasp of just what to expect when Sunday comes. You can catch up on all that HERE.
