realme, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has announced today that they are planning more product releases in Kenya in 2021.

This strategy is aimed at sustaining the growth in the Kenya market which they ventured last year. In 2020, realm me introduced the realme C3, realme C11, realme C15, realme C12, realme 6 and the realme 7i. They also introduced accessories like the Buds Q and the realme Buds Air Neo.

The company did not reveal the specific products that they will launch this year. However, judging from the products they released to the Kenyan market last year, expect a slew of budget smartphones as well as budget accessories to boot. We can take a guess that they will refresh last years lineup with 2021 versions which could also include the accessories. We will have to wait and see about that.

According to the company, the phones that they introduced last year have become a hit with Kenyan consumers due to their affordability and offering batteries as huge as 6,000mAh.

realme has also extended their December promotion. The company has said that they will extend their festive season offer to January where a purchase of the realme 7i will come with free realme Buds Q. In addition, the realme 6 will come with a free realme band and the realme c15 will come with a customized pillow. These offers are available on all online and ofline shops.
