Infinix Hot 10i is the latest entry-level device to hit the Kenyan market from Infinix. The Hot 10i is the last device in the Hot 10 series that also includes the Hot 10, Hot 10T, Hot 10 Play, Hot 10 Lite and Hot 10S.
Featuring a 6.52″ screen, this is the most compact smartphone from the tech company. For a phone packing a 6000mAh battery, it is surprisingly pretty light – which most people will love.
The screen is an LCD with a 720p resolution and features a waterdrop notch for the 8MP selfie camera.
The top bezel also holds the earpiece that also functions as the speaker – there’s no bottom speaker with the Infinix Hot 10i.
We do get a headphone jack, a microphone and a micro-USB charging port at the bottom.
For the main camera setup, we get a dual-camera system that includes a 13MP camera and an additional QVGA camera.
Powering the Infinix Hot 10i is a MediaTek Helio G25 chipset and PowerVR Rogue GE8320. The phone ships with 2GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB onboard storage with the option of expanding it with an external microSD card up to 128GB capacity.
We have a 10W power brick to juice up the 6000mAh battery.
Infinix Hot 10i runs on Android 11 Go and XOS 7.5.
For biometrics, we have face unlock and a rear fingerprint reader.
