TECNO has unveiled award-winning Kenyan musician Nyashinski as the brand ambassador for the Camon 20 series.
The TECNO Camon 20 lineup includes the base Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro, Camon 20 Pro 5G, and Camon 20 Premier.
The series sports 6.67″ AMOLED screens with 120Hz refresh rate.
They will have 8GB RAM and storage options starting at 256GB. The series comes with 8GB of virtual RAM thanks to HiOS 13. The lineup has Android 13 straight out of the box.

Other features that are similar across the series include a 32MP selfie camera. They all have a 5000mAh battery with the Premier supporting 45W charging while the rest have 33W fast Type-C charging.
The new Dimensity 8050 5G processor(It’s a rebadged Dimensity 1300) will power the Premier and the 20 Pro 5G while the base Camon 20 and Camon 20 Pro will have Helio G99 and Helio G85 chipsets respectively.
The Camon 20 Premier will have a 50MP RGBW Pro primary les with sensor-shift OIS and support for ultra-Steady video, a 108MP ultrawide with autofocus and macro capabilities, and a 2MP depth sensor. The camera island has Laser focus and an octa-ring LED flash.
The Camon 20 Pro 5G has a 64MP main with OIS, a 2MP depth, and 2MP macro. The other two have a QVGA camera alongside the 2MP macro.
The Camon 20 Premier and Camon 20 Pro have an under-display fingerprint reader while the rest will have side-mounted fingerprint readers.
In the design for the Camon 20 series, TECNO used a Puzzle design. The back design implements 20 irregular ribs in a 3D lychee pattern on the new Magic Skin incorporating sapphire-grade nanocrystalline ceramic which gives the phone a really stylish look.
Camon 20 was the gold winner in the MUSE Design Awards 2023 under the Product Design Telecommunications category.
Camon 20 series comes in various colors including Dark Welkin, Serenity Blue, Doodle Edition, and Glacier Blue.
The series is up for preorder from 9th to 17th May by depositing Ksh 5000 at any official TECNO shop countrywide.
The official launch will be on the 17th.
