Infinix Note 40 series is finally here after much teasing. This is the company’s latest midrange offering in the Note lineup and includes the Note 40 Pro Plus, Note 40 Pro(4G and 5G) and base Note 40.
The company unveiled the trio in Malaysia at the Sepang International Circuit in Selangor to keep up with the theme of ultra-fast charging as the Note 40 lineup features upgraded Infinix’s All-Round FastCharge.
With the new All Round FastCharge 2.0, the Note 40 series comes with 100W MultiSpeed FastCharge and MagCharge as we had seen with the leaks. This new ultrafast wireless and wireless charging are supported by the company’s Cheetah X1 chip.
The Cheetah X1 chip incorporates All-round Support module, a high-precision power monitor module and a safety module.
Charging functions under All-Round FastCharge 2.0:
- Multi-Protocol Fast Charge
- Reverse Charge Mode
- Multi-Speed FastCharge
- Bypass Charging Mode
With its wafer-level packaging technology, the chip shortens signal transmission paths and minimizes electrical signal delays, enhancing electrical performance, particularly in high-speed data transmission
and high-frequency applications.
This means that with its impressive processing efficiency per unit and intelligent algorithms, the chip eliminates the need for translation processes as current flows through the phone enabling the smartphone to offer charging functions beyond standard modes.
The impressive speeds mean the Note 40 series supports 20W Wireless Magcharge supported by the new Infinix MagKit for magnetic charging. The Kit also includes a MagCase for the phone, MagPower power bank and MagPad charging pad.
