Samsung Galaxy S24 FE

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE was officially announced on September 26, 2024, and is expected to be released on October 3rd 2024. This new smartphone comes with a lot of features which includes:

Network Connectivity

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Supports multiple network technologies including GSM, HSPA, LTE, and 5G. It operates on 2G bands like GSM 850, 900, 1800, and 1900 for both SIM slots in the dual SIM model. For 3G connectivity, the device supports HSDPA bands 850, 900, 1700 (AWS), 1900, and 2100. In addition, it offers 4G LTE support for faster mobile data connections. With 5G compatibility, the phone can connect to SA, NSA, and Sub6 bands for high-speed internet.

Body

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE features a premium build with a Gorilla Glass Victus+ front, a Gorilla Glass 5 back, and an aluminum frame. Additionally, the phone offers versatile SIM options, including Single SIM, Dual SIM, or a combination of Nano-SIM and eSIM, all supporting dual stand-by. It weighs 213 grams (7.51 oz). With an IP68 rating, the phone is dust and water-resistant, capable of withstanding immersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.

Display

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE boasts a stunning 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. With HDR10+ support and a peak brightness of 1900 nits, the screen delivers vibrant colors and excellent visibility. Its large display offers a screen-to-body ratio of approximately 88%. Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has a screen’s resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels with 385 ppi density.

Platform

Samsung powers the device with the advanced Exynos 2400e chipset, built on a 4 nm process for improved efficiency. The phone runs on android 14, enhanced by Samsung’s One UI 6.1 for a smoother user experience. The 10-core CPU, clocked at 3.11 GHz, delivers impressive performance. Moreover, Samsung Galaxy S24 features Xclipse 940 GPU for graphics.

The phone comes equipped with a powerful triple camera system, featuring a 50 MP wide lens with dual pixel PDAF and OIS. The device also features an 8 MP telephoto lens, you can zoom in with 3x optical zoom, supported by PDAF and OIS for stability. In addition, it can record ultra-high-definition videos at 8K@24fps or switch to 4K and 1080p for smoother footage at up to 960fps in slow motion.

For selfies, Samsung Galaxy S24 Supports a 10 MP front camera10 MP front camera. It also supports 4K video recording with gyro-EIS for steady, high-quality videos.

Battery

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE features a robust, 4700 mAh non-removable battery. With 25W wired charging, you can quickly power up the battery to 50% in just 30 minutes. The phone offers reverse charging and also supports 15W wireless charging.

Memory

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE does not support a card slot. It features three internal storage options: 128GB with 8GB RAM, 256GB with 8GB RAM, or 512GB with 8GB RAM.

Communication Features

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE supports WLAN connectivity with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6e. Bluetooth 5.3 enhances wireless connectivity, allowing users to connect with audio devices and accessories using A2DP and LE profiles. In addition, the device includes NFC capabilities, enabling quick and easy mobile payments. The device also supports USB Type C connectivity.

Other Features

The phone includes an under-display optical fingerprint sensor. It features an accelerometer, gyro, and compass, enhancing navigation and motion detection. The device also utilizes virtual proximity sensing to improve user interaction and screen behavior during calls. Samsung DeX enables you to connect the phone to a monitor for a desktop-like experience, enhancing productivity. Additionally, With the “Circle to Search” feature, users can quickly search for content or apps by drawing a circle on the screen.

The phone is available in a variety of vibrant colors, including Blue, Graphite, Gray, Mint, and Yellow, allowing users to choose their preferred style.
