TECNO Camon 16s is now the latest budget device to hit the Kenyan market. The TECNO Camon 16s joins the recently launched TECNO Camon 16 Premier and the TECNO Camon 16 Pro.
TECNO Camon 16s comes with a 6.6 inch Dot-in LCD display that features a resolution of 720 by 1600 pixels.
The display is interrupted by the punch hole selfie camera.
Running the device is a MediaTek Helio P35 processor with Power VR GE8320 GPU coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of board storage which you can expand with an external microSD card. This setup is similar to the one found on the TECNO Spark 5 Pro.
TECNO Camon 16s comes with Android 10 and HiOS v6.1.
Powering the device is a 5000mAh battery that charges via a microUSB port.
At the beautiful colour gradient back is the rectangular camera housing which features a 48MP AI-powered quad-camera setup that also includes a 2MP depth sensor, 2MP macro lens and an additional AI sensor.
Inside the punch-hole cutout is the 8MP selfie camera.
The back also sports a fingerprint sensor for biometrics which also includes face unlock.
TECNO Camon 16s comes in Seabed Blue and Ice Jadeite.
TECNO Camon 16 starts selling from Ksh 17,699 and is available countrywide in TECNO’s official retail stores.
