Instagram is bringing a paywall feature for Stories.
This new feature comes at a time when social media platforms are launching features with a focus on creatives and how to monetize their content on these social media networks.
The exclusive feature is meant for accounts to paywall their content on Instagram Stories and their fans can access them with a paid subscription.
Very few details have been shared about this feature but reverse-engineer Alessandro Paluzzi has shared what the feature will look like in screenshots posted on Twitter.

Posting content exclusive to your members will have a purple colour on Stories and Instagram users who are not members will have to pay the subscription fee to view the Stories.
Instagram is letting content creators save these exclusive stories to Highlights for your fans.
You will not be able to screenshot content exclusive on this feature.
It’ll be interesting to see how this feature rolls out and if Instagram users will adopt it.
