Infinix has announced its new flagship smartphone – the Infinix Zero 30 5G in an event held in Venice, Italy. The phone ships with an array of cameras meant for vlogging including a 50MP selfie camera and a 108MP triple rear setup that can shoot 4K 60fps video.
The Italian city is hosting its 80th Venice International Film Festival and Infinix took to launch its Mobile Vlog Awards. The company brought top vloggers and media on the panel with the topic “New Image, New Lifestyle. Cinema in the New Media, Capture Your Own Story” at the Story On event at the Italian Pavillion in Venice.
The discussion was on how camera technology has made advances and the democratization of filmmaking.
During the launch of the Mobile Vlog Awards, Infinix invited young creators around the world to create their own vlogs and compete for prizes to be won. There was an exclusive documentary showcased for attendees created by Infinix fans that flaunted how smartphones can shoot professional and cinematic films.
The MObile Vlog Awards of Infinix will have users share their creations made by the Infinix Zero 30 5G.

Commenting on the launch, Lake Hu, Infinix CMO said that their collaboration with the Italian Pavilion Forum’s New Image, New Lifestyle. Cinema in the New Media, Capture Your Own Story’ was a landmark event.
“It was fantastic to see the Venice Debut event bring together world-leading vloggers, filmmakers and technologists under one roof, in one of the most romantic cities in the world, to celebrate the future of cinematic storytelling,” he added.
