The Infinix Note 60 has appeared on Google Play Console, revealing the first concrete specifications for a phone that Infinix teased at CES 2026 with satellite calling capabilities.
The listing shows the phone carries model number X6879 and will ship with Android 16, making it one of the earliest mid-range devices to launch with Google’s latest operating system.
This also positions the Note 60 as a relatively future-proofed option in its price segment.
Under the hood, the phone runs on MediaTek’s MT6878 chipset, which is the Dimensity 7300. The processor configuration includes four Cortex-A78 cores running at 2.5GHz for heavier tasks and four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz for efficiency.
The Google Play listing, which was first spotted by The Tech Outlook, confirms 8GB of RAM, which should handle everyday multitasking without issue.
The display specs point to a resolution of 1208 x 2644 pixels with a pixel density of 520ppi. Those numbers suggest a sizable screen with sharp image quality. The front panel render shows a centered punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, keeping the design modern and unobtrusive.
Physical button placement follows a standard layout with volume controls and the power button on the right edge. There’s an additional button on the left side that could function as a customizable action key, though its exact purpose hasn’t been confirmed.

The Note 60 is part of a broader series that includes the Note 60 Edge, Note 60 Pro, and Note 60 Ultra. Previous certifications from Indonesia’s SDPPI have confirmed these variants with different model numbers.

The Ultra model will feature co-design work from Pininfarina, the Italian design house known for their automotive work.
Earlier FCC filings revealed that at least one variant will pack a 6,150mAh battery with 45W fast charging support and come in an 8GB/256GB storage configuration. These specs align with what you’d expect from a mid-range device aiming for solid battery life.
The standout feature for the entire Note 60 series remains satellite calling and messaging, which Infinix highlighted at CES 2026. This technology allows communication in areas without cellular coverage, a feature typically reserved for premium flagship phones.
Bringing it to the mid-range segment could give Infinix a competitive edge, especially in markets where network infrastructure is inconsistent. With multiple certifications now in place and the Google Play Console listing live, the Note 60 launch appears close.
Infinix hasn’t announced official pricing or availability dates yet, but the phone is clearly targeting buyers who want current software, decent performance, and connectivity features that go beyond the norm.
