KRA has announced extended working hours for its service centers and contact points to assist taxpayers in filing their annual returns before the June 30, 2026 deadline. This is to provide ample support and convenience as the crucial filing period draws to a close.
Those filing their returns will now benefit from longer operating hours at various KRA service centers, which will be open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays until June 26.
On the final day, June 30, these offices will operate from 7:00 AM until midnight. For weekend assistance, service centers will be open on Saturday, June 20 and 27, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM but will remain closed on Sundays.
Select Huduma Centers will also offer extended weekday services from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, while other Huduma Centers will maintain their regular 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, but all will be closed on weekends.

The KRA Contact Center has also extended its operating hours to better support taxpayers. Between June 17 and 26, the contact center will be available on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
As for the final two days of the filing period, June 29 and 30, operating hours will be further extended, running from 7:00 a.m. until midnight.
