Kenya ICT watchdog the Communications Authority of Kenya has reported that two of its employees have tested positive for COVID-19.
CA says that the employees are currently receiving medical attention. However, the Authority adds that the workers were on leave, and had no contact with other staff at the CA offices in Westlands.
This development has been made official by a statement from the institution on Twitter.

Two employees of the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) have tested positive for the #COVID19. The two employees, who are currently receiving medical attention, were on leave and had no contact with other staff at the CA offices. They are responding well to treatment.
CA has also reported that it si tracing and testing people that came in contact with the two patients, including their family members.
Also, CA is warning the public that unless it is mandatory to visit its head office, customers should interact with it through electronic means, including sending emails to [email protected]

It adds:
License fees and other payments should be made to our bank accounts or through mobile money platforms indicated in the respective invoices. Lastly, all guests visiting the CA offices must observe the Ministry of Health COVID-19 protocols, including wearing masks, washing, and sanitizing hands regularly and observing social distancing requirements.
