Today, the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) is set to release the results of the Kenya Certificate for Secondary Education (KCSE) exams taken by 884,263 candidates in 2022. This is exactly one month after the KCPE 2022 results were announced back in December.

The Education Cabinet Secretary, Ezekiel Machogu, will announce the results at the KNEC offices.

Last year, a total of 884,263 candidates sat for the exams, out of which 405,962 were male and 420,845 were female.

This marks an increase from the previous years when the number of candidates sitting for the KCSE exams was lower.

The KCSE exam is a crucial examination for high school students in Kenya as it determines their eligibility for university education and also for job opportunities.

Many students, parents, and teachers have been eagerly waiting for this announcement, as it holds great significance in their future. The release of the results is a very important event in the education sector in Kenya, and the KNEC says it will be closely monitoring the process to ensure that it is fair and transparent.
