Infinix scored a hat trick at the 2025 European Product Design Awards, taking home wins for three distinct phones: the Note 50 Pro+, GT 30 Pro, and Hot 60 Pro+.
Each phone targets a different user, from premium seekers to mobile gamers to those who just want something sleek without emptying their wallet.
The Note 50 Pro+ won in the consumer electronics phone category, and its main party trick is the ArmorAlloy frame. Infinix mixed Damascus-steel toughness with aerospace-grade aluminum to create a body that can handle drops while keeping the phone light enough to use all day.

The phone includes what Infinix calls a Bio-Active Halo, a glowing ring that changes based on what the phone is doing (notifications, charging status, that sort of thing).

It comes in Titanium Grey and Enchanted Purple, both with a liquid-metal look. There’s also a Racing Edition that goes harder on the details with a nano-etched stereo grille that’s 0.08mm thin and a sapphire-crystal power button that feels closer to a luxury watch than a phone.
The GT 30 Pro picked up an award in the gaming category and comes with the kind of design gamers either love or find ridiculous, such as straight edges, mechanical textures, and light-reactive surfaces. It’s available in Shadow Ash, Blade White, and Dark Flare, the last of which has RGB lighting.

This is the official phone of the PUBG MOBILE Super League, and Infinix designed it with accessories in mind. The GT Trigger attaches for better controls, and the MagCharge Cooler snaps on magnetically to keep the processor from throttling during long gaming sessions.

Meanwhile, the Hot 60 Pro+ won in the “other designs” phone category for one specific reason: it’s absurdly thin. At 5.95mm, Guinness World Records certified it as the world’s thinnest curved-display smartphone. Infinix managed to cram in enough battery and internals to make it functional while keeping the profile razor-thin.
The phone targets students, creators, and first-time smartphone buyers who want something that looks expensive but doesn’t cost flagship money.

Beyond these three phones, Infinix has been showing off concept tech at events like MWC 2025. SolarEnergy-Reserving Technology would let phones charge from sunlight, while E-Color Shift 2.0 changes the phone’s back color on demand without using extra power.
Whether those concepts make it to actual products is another question, but the three phones that won awards are real and available in the market now.
Infinix managed to win design recognition across three completely different phone categories in the same year, which suggests they’re doing something right beyond just slapping together specs and calling it a day.
