Instagram is bringing more customisation options to its app.

The Meta-owned platform is testing a new feature that will let you rearrange how posts are laid out in your profile grid.

This will enable users to edit how their previous posts are arranged on the grid.

This option appears under “Edit Grid” in the Account settings.

It’s going to I’ve interesting to see how users especially content creators play with this feature if Instagram decides to go forward with this feature.

Another feature the social network is working on is pinned post option for users which would possibly work like pinned tweets and users get to highlight certain posts on the profile grid.

Instagram is also bringing the chronological feed that offers users the option to switch different feeds between Home(algorithmic feed), Following(chronological feed) and Favourites(chronological feed).

Instagram is set to begin rolling out this feature by the middle of this year.
